When we found the listing online, she went with us that night to view a house that had multiple offers! When the seller counter-offered, Laura negotiated very reasonably and within our budget. When faced with a tough, aggressive, and stingy seller/seller's agent, Laura kept her cool, didn't put up with the car salesman tactics, and relayed all information to me, using terms I could understand, and kept me informed and up to date throughout the entire process. Laura kept it real with me at all times, and this is something I value most. As a first time home buyer about to turn 30, I had no idea what I was doing.
